Shipping products to creators can be a pain, but it doesn’t need to be!
We’ve just released our latest feature to make the experience of tracking shipping for you and the creators as simple as possible. 🚚
Once you’ve reviewed and selected your creators, and we’ve onboarded them to the brief, they’re now ready to receive your products which get featured in the creator’s content. 📽️
Viewing shipping details
Head to the ‘Product & Shipping’ tab on your brief to see all your creators and their shipping statuses and information. You’ll see:
If their address has been provided and verified by Kyra. You can click the 👁️ icon to copy their address to your clipboard which you can then provide to your shipping provider.
What products they have selected to receive, if that option is available to them 🛍️
A shipping status, which updates once you have added the tracking code and courier 🚚
Tracking code and courier, which you’ll add once you have that info from your shipping provider 🚢
And finally, a products received status which the creator updates once they have the products in hand ✅
Updating tracking info
There are 2 ways for you to update shipping/tracking details - individually or in bulk. These are the tracking details you’ll have received from your chosen courier once you have shipped the products.
Update an individual creator: 🧍♀️
To update creators one by one as you go, click the ‘update shipping’ button on the creator card and you’ll be prompted to enter the tracking code and courier information.
If you’ve made a mistake, don’t worry! You can edit and update tracking details 📝
Bulk Update creators: 🧍🧍♀️🧍♂️🧍🧍♀️🧍♂️
If you’d like to update creators all at once, click the ‘download shipping’ button which will export a csv for you. In that csv, enter in the tracking details and courier info for each creator, save the csv and download it. Tip: Ensure not to edit any other info on the doc 🚨
Then, click the ‘batch upload shipping button’ and upload your csv. Simple as that!
